How many days in advance do I need to submit a Service Request? 

For both Service Requests and Grocery Orders we require a minimum of 72 hours notice. This ensures that we are able to provide you with the best possible service. For same-day requests please email us at info@glacierthingstodo.com or call us at 406.579.9380. 

*Please note that additional fees will apply & as always we will do our best to accommodate your requests however we are not always able to complete same-day requests due to scheduling conflicts. We appreciate your understanding.  

 

How do I renew services if I am a returning or current customer?

We want to thank you for your repeat business! Your Customer Information will be stored in our database so we will be able to track past services. If you are looking for a repeat service, please submit a Service Request here and check the returning customer box. Please make a note if you are requesting a change in services or location delivery. 

 

When are services available?

Glacier Concierge is able to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for pre-arranged events and services. Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 3pm. Services provided within these hours are billed at the regular rate. If you require assistance outside the regular business hours you will be charged an additional $15 per hour.

If the service you need is consistently during non-business hours, we will work with you to set up a package and make it more cost effective for you.

 

Can I trust Glacier Concierge if I’m not home?

Absolutely! You can rest assured knowing that Glacier Concierge is insured and bonded. All of our employees must submit to a federal and local background check. Your trust and security is of the utmost importance to us and we will take all the measures necessary to ensure that your property is in the best hands.  

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Glacier Concierge accepts all credit cards including American Express. Personal checks are accepted, however, services will not begin until the check clears. Bank or certified checks are accepted and will not require time to clear.

 

Do I have to pre-pay for purchases?

Purchases that are expected to cost $500 or more will require pre-payment either via check or credit card. Items totaling less than $500 will be purchased on the Glacier Concierge account and your card will be charged afterward.

How do I cancel a request? 

Our employees time is valuable and in demand. At Glacier Concierge we understand that unexpected situations can come up. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. There will be a $25 charge for services not canceled within this timeframe. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. In the event that a G.C. employee shows up to an appointment and is unable to complete the task due to being unable to enter the residence there will be a $50 charge. No charge will be applied if we have access to the necessary area and/or you arranged for our team members to have access in your absence.
